​Welcome yoga teacher,

I see you, I was you - no, I am you. And this path of teaching yoga we walk together can feel daunting, overwhelming and yet full of wonder and inspiration.

Eleven years in I still makes mistakes, I have to bounce ideas around with friends & colleagues and reach out to my mentors for guidance. But through the wobbles, readjustments and learnings I've collated a broad knowledge of the yoga world and ways to navigate it to quell the noise of the industry and dig into my unique light, so it can shine authentically.

So if you're just starting out on your teaching journey and would like a guiding hand in setting a strong foundation and classes full of dedicated yogi's, I'm your gal. Or perhaps you'd like a cheerleader as you leap into the next step of events & retreats? Perhaps you have an idea you simply need a sound board for.
