Ever wondered why you feel so amazing after an Aerial Yoga class?
Does your back sing with delight, or your mind feel clear for the first time in days or maybe you feel more connected to your body than you have in recent weeks?

Joine me for a 2 hour exploration of the Anatomy & Science of Aerial Yoga and how it works so well to bring a sense of full body, mind and mood joy!

​We'll cover the main areas of the body that Aerial Yoga helps the most in decompressing, lengthening and strengthening.

What will I need?
~ A Yoga Mat or 2 (if you like extra cushioning)
~ A notebook & pen
~ A Blanket

Good to know..

  1. Wear comfortable clothing that can move with your body.
  2. Please arrive 5 -10 minutes before classes begin.
  3. Eat over an hour before class.
  4. Cover your legs, arms & lower back
  5. Yoga hammocks are provided.
  6. Remove ALL Jewellery 
  7. Keep an open mind, you can do it!

FAQ's

Do I need to be a Yoga Teacher? No, but a basic understanding of the bodies anatomy is helpful.
Do I need to have done Aerial before? Ideally yes - however if you're a fitness teacher you may come.
Is this a Training?
No, this is a precursor to the training and is good to get a strong base.
