Aerial Yoga
'To life yourself up is a powerful tool for a joyful life'
Aerial Yoga Classes in Botley & Wickham
Welcome Joy Beam, Aerial yoga is a modern fusion of soulful yoga with a fun and freeing lift. While not all poses are sky bound we do benefit from the support and elevation the silk hammocks bring and aerial yoga can allow you to stretch further, life higher and rest deeper. Some of the benefits of Aerial Yoga: ✨ A sense of accomplishment ✨ Gentle decompression for your joints ✨ Flexibility of the body AND mind ✨ Increased 'pull' strength ✨ A shift in perspective ✨ Community connection ✨ Practical tools that ripple out into the rest of your life. I'd love to welcome you to a class in the next couple of weeks, if you feel called to join us why not fill in the 'new to yoga form' below so I can get to know you a bit better. From there we can book you into your chosen class and let this beautiful journey unfold. I'm always here if you have any questions too: lauren@lg-yoga.com |

What will I need? A Yoga mat and a blanket are your best friends. What should I wear? Comfortable, layered clothing. But I'm not flexible? That's why we do yoga! Am I too old? NEVER. I teach people well into their 80's. Do I need to come every week? No, but the more you do, the better you'll feel. What if I fall asleep? Then I've done my job well. Can I ask questions in the class? ALWAYS |
