A Late Summer Harvest Weekend Retreat in Somerset
"Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower."

Hey Soul Seeker,
I’d love to offer you the opportunity for a soul-nourishing 3-night late summer yoga retreat, where the turning season calls us inward to rest, reflect, and gather strength. Just 5 miles outside Glastonbury town centre, this intimate retreat takes place in safari lodge and cottage accommodation, cradled by open countryside. As summer’s brightness softens into gold, we gather in nature’s embrace, with fresh air and stillness to ground you. Each morning begins with the quiet song of the land and an elemental yoga practice to help you attune to autumn’s rhythm: steady, strengthening, and spacious. After a warming, plant-based breakfast, you’re free to sink into stillness on-site or wander out to explore Glastonbury’s sacred landscape, from the Tor rising through morning mist to Chalice Well Gardens, and the myth and magic woven through the town. Throughout the weekend, you’ll enjoy: - Daily elemental yoga sessions indoors & outdoors. - A watercolour well-being session with Lisa (Iris Hill). - Free time to rest, journal, connect, or wander the land. - A fire-lit evening for story, reflection, and stargazing. This weekend retreat is an invitation to honour the turning year — a soulful pause on autumn’s edge. With yoga, myth, and the earth herself as our guides, you’ll leave with renewed clarity, steadiness, and the quiet joy of connection. |
"Lauren is a fantastic teacher, with a great field of knowledge in yoga and its spiritual depths. Lauren lights up a room, she is always glowing and will always make you feel warm, welcome and comfortable. I adore Laurens ability to describe beautiful sceneries and methodology which paints a vivid image in my mind and really helps me to close my mind off and just focus on her voice. I've learnt so much from this fanatic woman, she has helped me to maintain the correct posture during certain poses... Lauren will always tell you if you could lengthen your back a bit more or keep toes activated or lower a hip. Her yoga retreats are my favourite, a weekend of pure relaxation and some good giggles."
