From Bud to Blossom Long Weekend Retreat. As an English native and retreat host I'm passionate about exploring our beautiful island and all its natural beauty with the added wisdom of ancient yoga practices. Picture a day where you get to... Awaken gently in a comfortable bed. Meditate with the soundtrack of birdsong. Breathe among the trees. Nourish your body with fruit & vegetables grown metres from the table. Move your body with breathtaking views ahead. Plunge into a crystal clear chalk stream river. And star gaze at night with minimal light interference. I invite you to join me at this stunning, sprawling retreat venue in Norfolk, with over 20 acres of protected nature, run on 90% renewable energy and a chalk stream river hugging the outskirts - nature is at the very heart of this haven. Spring is a natural time to reconnect to nature, we're enticed outside to be beside the blossoming trees and blooming buds while the fresh air blows away our winter cobwebs and the thawed waters begin to flow freely once again. To fully immerse in this time to lean into Spring we'll also indulge in silent mornings from waking up to Brunch at 10am, allowing the tranquility of our surroundings to flow within us too. If you'd like to immerse in this 3-night retreat read on for further information and booking. |
"While on retreat Lauren created such a warm, welcoming, and accepting atmosphere for our group of women to connect, bond, and share. The daily yoga and meditations were deeply grounding, and the cold water dip was an unforgettable, beautiful experience. She makes sure you don’t have to worry about anything, the retreat is catered for and the vegetarian food was amazing. Most importantly, this retreat gave me the precious space to step away from my busy life and look inwards for a change. Lauren makes everything so relaxed. It’s a space where you can really focus on yourself and feels a safe space to learn. No one is going to judge you here if you accidentally topple over mid pose….I genuinely would recommend to anyone who wants to find a little space to breathe"
