Individual Classes PAYG 60-min Yoga Class - £10 Events - From £22 Passes & Memberships Yoga 5 Class Pass - £45 Must be used within 2 months from the purchase date. Online Membership - £32 per month 3x 30-minute classes per week for body, mind & heart. Can be cancelled anytime. |
FAQ'sWhat do I need to bring? A Yoga mat and a blanket are always so helpful.
Can I join if I'm pregnant? Of course, all are welcome. All I ask is you reach out to me before booking so we can have a chat. What if I'm not flexible or strong? That's why we do yoga! Am I too old? Absolutely not, I teach people in their 80's. Do I need to come every week? No, not at all. However the more you do it the more benefits you'll notice. What if I'm late? Sometimes that simply can't be helped and you likely need yoga more that before, still come in. Can I leave early? Respectfully no, (unless there's an emergency) you need the final moments of the class to absorb the practice fully. |
The YogaYoga classes flow beautifully and entwine meditation, philosophy, prānāyāma and śavāsana. My classes are deeply inspired by the elements, anatomy, philosophy and mythology.
Courses run monthly giving you dedicated time each month to expand your yoga knowledge & experience. Jala Flow Yoga is a weekend morning class at Andark Lake, overlooking the beautiful freshwater lake as we flow and move, then dip into the water, before diving into our day. Online Yoga is short & sweet, giving you 30 minutes on your mat to begin or unwind from your day. |
