Welcome Stargazer, Do you stare in awe at the night sky? Do you yearn to know the tales behind the stars? Would you like to uncover the mysteries of the constellations? Then you, my friend, are my kinda person, and I'd love to invite you to an entire day dedicated to the night skies' beauteous, spiritual depth. My yoga bestie and astrologer 101, Laura Green and I are often caught musing about life's mythic and magical unknowns. Stargazing, planet watching, and storytelling are some of our favourite pastimes, and we'd love to share them with you, too. Throughout this day, we'll journey through the mythic stories our Global Ancestors compiled to create the tapestry of our night sky, learn how these stories became a way for us to connect more deeply to ourselves and each other, ultimately finding our place in this vast, beautiful universe. Among these practices, we'll also have some recharge time in nature, a delicious & nutritious 2-course lunch, refreshments throughout the day and guides to help you continue your ever-unfurling learning. The yoga & movement practices will be suitable for ALL and will be much more focused on making the intangible tangible. After all, what's out there is what lies within us. |
