Welcome Yoga Teacher,
I see you, I am you. And this path of teaching yoga we walk together can feel daunting, overwhelming and yet full of wonder and inspiration. Eleven years in, I still make mistakes, I have to bounce ideas around with friends & colleagues and reach out to my mentors for guidance. But through the wobbles, readjustments and learnings I've collated a broad knowledge of the yoga world and ways to navigate it to quell the noise of the industry and dig into my unique light so that it can shine authentically. So if you're starting on your teaching journey and would like a guiding hand in setting a strong foundation and classes full of dedicated yogis, I'm your gal. How it works..
Teaching yoga can feel like giving endlessly. You hold space, you plan, you pour yourself into others. But who holds space for you? This mentorship offers a cycle of transformation designed for yoga teachers ready to reconnect with their own roots, refine their voice, and evolve in how they show up for their students. Over four months, we’ll journey through four stages, guided by the wisdom of Vedic deities and anchored in practical, soul-nourishing practices. Each month brings reflection, fresh tools, and a sense of being carried rather than carrying it all alone.

Month 1: Dissolve
Clear away what clutters you as a teacher and human, from limiting beliefs, repetitive patterns and unwanted habits. Guided by Śiva, we’ll meet the art of letting go with compassion, creating the fertile ground for new growth. This isn't about throwing away who you are; it's about releasing anything that's stopping you from seeing it.
You'll release heaviness, clarify your energy, and feel lighter in your teaching and life. |
Month 2: Build
Pārvatī, daughter of the mountains, shows us the strength of solid foundations. This month is about rebuilding yourself with the qualities you need most right now, whether fierce, nurturing, or steady. What do you stand for? What calms the inner storm? Let's find out!
I hope to guide you in establishing stronger boundaries, fostering renewed confidence, and teaching from a place of authenticity. |
Month 3: Trust
Sarasvatī is the flow of wisdom, the river that carries us. Here we step into trusting your own voice, beginning to share your knowledge with clarity, courage, curiosity and kindness. We'll explore teaching what we've learned and embodying those values, so everything stems from here.
Build greater trust in your teaching, ease in speaking and sharing, and a deeper connection to your own wisdom. |
Month 4: Evolve
Growth isn’t about avoiding obstacles, but learning to meet them wisely. Some challenges need to be moved, while others can become vantage points. This month is about integration and resilience. The path ahead isn't perfectly clear, but we now have the tools to walk forward, head high, ready to constantly change.
Have the confidence to meet challenges without losing your centre, evolving as both teacher and human. |
