Welcome Myth Lover.. There is something ancient in the body that recognises story. Before philosophy was written, before systems were built, there were myths. Vast, symbolic, and alive. They weren’t designed to be understood only by the mind, but to be felt, moved through, and lived. Mythic Movement is an invitation to step into these stories, not as an observer, but as a participant. Across five sessions, we explore key figures and forces from Greek mythology. Each one becomes a landscape for practice. A way of moving, breathing, and listening. Scroll a little further for the finer details... |
What to Expect..
In each practice, we'll explore a being of yoga's mythology, their timeless teachings, wisdom and how we can embody them.
These mythological beings will serve as a vehicle for our exploration of pure consciousness and a way to understand ourselves.
