​Welcome Divine One,

If the first cycle was an opening, this is a deepening.
Mythology is not only a poetic philosophy but also a mirror. A way of seeing the patterns that move through us, often unnoticed.

Where Part One met the great and familiar forms, this next journey steps a little closer to the fire. Here, we explore the forces beneath the forms. The tensions, paradoxes and quieter currents that shape both the cosmos and our inner world.

From the sacred fire of Agni, to the uncompromising offering of Chinnamastā, to the illuminating devotion of Rādhā… these are not just stories, but invitations.
Invitations to feel more. To see more clearly. To live with greater intimacy with life itself.

Over the course of the year…
Each month, we’ll step into one mythic being as a living archetype. Not only to understand them, but to recognise where they already live within you.
Through storytelling, silent reflection and embodied practice, we begin to move from concept into experience.

Each session will include:
- Storytelling rooted in yogic myth
​- Space to sit, listen and contemplate
- A guided movement practice to embody the essence
- A mudrā and mantra to carry the thread beyond the session

This is not about learning mythology.
It is about living with its timeless message.

What to Expect..

Each week we'll explore a being of yoga's mythology, their timeless teachings, wisdom and how we can embody them.
These mythological beings will be a vehicle for our exploration as a facet of pure consciousness and a way to understand ourselves.

Months 1–4: Elemental Wisdom 🔥⚡️☀️🌍

- Agni (अग्नि)
The sacred fire. Transformation. The mouth of the gods.
​- Indra (इन्द्र)
The storm bearer. King of the devas. Creator of the vast web.
​- Sūrya (सूर्य)
The visible divine. The seer who sees all.
- Bhūmi Devī (भूमि देवी)
The Earth herself. Patient, bearing, forgiving

Months 5–8: Creation & Flow 🪐💧🌗🌹

- Brahmā (ब्रह्मा)
The creator… but still flawed
- Gaṅgā (गंगा)
The celestial river that nourishes and cleanses past karmas
- Ardhanārīśvara (अर्धनारीश्वर)
Śiva-Śakti in one united form, forever dancing
- Chinnamastā (छिन्नमस्ता)
Self-decapitated goddess. Fierce, shocking, liberating

Months 9–12: Love & Liberation 🌳🏹♥️🪔

- Sītā (सीता): Earth-born princess, devoted, damsel, but not in distress.
- Rāma (राम)
Dharma embodied. The noble path enacted.
- Rādhā (राधा)
The longing of the soul for the divine in human form.
- Buddha (बुद्ध)
The enlightened one. The great renouncer and teacher.​

​This course will contain some movement but won't be a full yoga class. We'll have seated time in conversation and writing.

Students of yoga will be able to unfurl with the teachings of tales. Yoga teachers will be able to deepen their knowledge, while indulging in their own practice and learning timeless mantras to share on.
