Nadi Shodhana means Alternate Nostril breathing - this signs and balances the two hemispheres of our brain and body. Bringing harmony to the logical and the creative sides of us.

My inspiration for the practise is the mighty Prometheus, maker of mankind in Greek Mythology.

Myofacial Release

Take some time to ease the body. The practise of Myofacial release is where Yoga and massage collide and we use a tennis ball within the yoga poses to release tightness & tension.

Working To Binding

A class with a challenge - binding. While not necessary in Yoga it's always fun to test the body in new and different ways. Binds have a great way to open up the shoulders, occupy the mind and heighten body awareness.

Vin to Yin​

A class of two halves - start high and end low. In this 60 minute practise you'll begin with a traditional fluid vinyasa flow practise and end with a slow, passive yin practise. A pillow is helpful for this class to ease the hips.

Bed of Feathers

If there was ever a pre-bed practise - this is it. Grab yourself a couple of cushions/pillows, a big blanket and a tie (or similar) and work your way through this soothing class to ease the body and calm the mind.

Hampi & Hanuman

A practise geared towards finding your way in to Hanamunasana or Splits pose. This is not an easy class but be sure to take that leap of faith as the name sake for splits pose, Hanuman teaches us.
