Welcome, quiet seeking soul,
Let me invite you to The Sādhana Circle, a small six-week course exploring the foundations of meditation and personal practice. With only six places available, the space remains calm, intimate and supportive. Each week, we gather in my quiet home sanctuary space around a small altar flame. Together we settle the body, soften the breath and explore different gateways into meditation, including breath awareness, mantra repetition with a mālā, visualisation and open awareness. Our sessions weave together gentle seated movement, prāṇāyāma, meditation, mudrā and a simple closing chant. The practices are intentionally simple so they can travel with you into daily life. Each participant will receive a mālā to work with throughout the course, helping meditation become part of the rhythm of everyday living. This is not a course about mastering meditation. It is about becoming comfortable in stillness, discovering the quiet intelligence beneath the mind, and learning how to return to it again and again. Six weeks. Six practitioners. One small circle of practice. |

Where?My home, in Netley.
There is free road parking, but there may be a short walk as it's a busy residential street. My home yoga space is small but warm and cosy, centred around my personal altar, complete with murtis (statues), incense, diya (small candles) and books. The perfect setting for devotional community practice. |
"The relaxed & friendly atmosphere Lauren creates is wonderful & her wide range of knowledge on all aspects of yoga is evident. I love how the current time of year, whether cultural or seasonal, is woven into her practice. Lauren’s passion shines through & truly makes everyBODY feel welcome. Thank you, Lauren"
