Welcome Goddess, I see you. Join me as we delve into the wonder of the Goddesses of Yoga. We'll uncover the tales, wisdom, universal truths and beauty of six of the main Goddesses of Yoga & Hinduism to discover how they can enlighten us and offer us a chance to embody their teachings. Throughout the morning we'll have 3 muses: Pārvatī - The Supreme Goddess of Śakti Energy Durgā - The Strong, Serene Warrior Goddess Kālī - Goddess of Time & Darkness After we've felt the inspiration flow through movement we'll pause to study the Goddesses a little further. We'll then enjoy our lunch and a walk in nature. Our Afternoon will be shaped by another 3 Goddesses: Lakṣmī - The Goddess of Beauty, Love & Abundance Sarasvatī - Universal Muse & Goddess of Music, Language & Poetry. Bhūmi Devi - Goddess of the Earth, Supporter & Nourisher of All. We'll then reflect on our explorations, taking the most important teachings to heart and letting them carry us home. |
