Winter may not be your favourite time of year, but it holds such quiet magic. A time where nature itself turns inwards to reroot, on this day, we will too.
Damson Hill Cottage is ours for the day, with a warm wood burner to warm us and a fire pit outside, a cosy skylit studio, a grand table to dine around all while being hugged by the epic and vast woodland surroundings. The morning will encircle slow flow movement explorations with yin yoga, myofascial and pressure point release techniques, complete with guided meditation and prānāyāma. We'll then nourish our bodies with a warming two-course lunch before our woodland wonder wander where we'll take in the vast views. Our afternoon practice will be guided by Dave Tipper of Earth Resonance, who'll guide you through a sound bath like no other. With a plethora of instruments from brass and crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, flutes and handpans it's hard not to drift into another dimension. Our day will close with a short gathering round the fire pit outside, to embrace the cold with the warm, the light with the dark and celebrate our time to unwind before the seasons turn again.
