Welcome Nature Lover..
Yoga has many facets, from the movements that heal and expand our physical capabilities to focused breathing that enhances our awareness from moment to moment. But within this course, we'll delve into the depths of meditation & mantra recitation, the yoga of the mind and heart, respectively, to bring more peace to our lives. Nature surrounds us. We are not simply a part of nature; we are nature. This is a feeling we hope to instil through regular yoga practice, connecting us to aspects of ourselves we might otherwise have overlooked. The more we practice, the more we uncover. Each week, we'll focus our practice on an aspect of nature through meditation, exploring how it can benefit us. We'll then study and learn an accompanying mantra to continue our ever-unfurling understanding of how we are nature. I hope this course can bring a deeper reverence to your life and how nature is an integral part of it. Scroll a little further for the finer details.. |
