• Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your class begins.
• Wear comfortable, layered clothing.
• Bring a yoga mat with you, some water, and a blanket can also be handy.
• If you have any recurring injuries/aches or pains please let me know before the class starts.

Cancellation Policy
• To ensure a refund: 30-60 minute classes can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the class start time.
• Refunds are subject to a £1 processing fee.
• A booking may be transferred up to 24 hours before the class start time.
• However a booking can only be transferred once.
• If you cannot make a class please inform Lauren via email or text.
