Join me for a day-long Yoga Retreat at the utterly nature soaked Damson Hill Cottage, Bishops Waltham.
Treat yourself while exploring the wonders of yoga & aerial embraced in a silk hammock, meditation & movement to the sounds of nature and a guided woodland walk. We'll explore all elements of a grounding and energising morning yoga flow, to an uplifting and releasing afternoon of aerial yoga to find softness and ease throughout the body. As well as a nature walk through beech woodland we'll enjoy our lunch overlooking the South Downs National Park and refreshments throughout the day. You'll leave feeling invigorated, calm and connected to nature. Damson Hill Cottage offers a real chance to disconnect from the business of your world - with no phone signal, stunning views as far as the eye can see and a level of peace and quiet that can only be experienced in person. Our day will include a morning meditation and yoga class, a two course lunch followed by a woodland walk, an Aerial Yoga Class, and refreshments throughout the day. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket. |

This is a beautifully rural location a short drive from the centre of Southampton, Eastliegh and Winchester. Set on the edge of The South Downs National Park and surrounded by lush beech woodland for unspoilt views that are breathtaking at any time of year. |
