'Anusāra' means 'flow with grace' and I'm massively inspired by the elements. In my yoga classes you'll hopefully come to realise that you are an elemental being full of warmth, strength, lightness and fluidity, embodying what it is to be alive!
Aerial yoga is fun, infectious and freeing. Silk hammocks hang from the ceiling to embrace you - heightening flexibility, strength and the feeling of support. Classes are open to ALL, experienced or not.
Yoga really is for every body and chair yoga brings the joy of free movement to you. Rather than making our way to the floor we use a chair to heighten support, enhance flexibility, mobility and harmonise the body, breath and mind.
"Lauren’s weekly yoga classes feel like a calm sanctuary away from the stress and bustle of a busy life. Lauren creates a safe and welcoming community and practicing with her is genuinely the highlight of my week! Lauren has guided me through my pregnancy and postpartum C-section recovery meaning I didn’t have to give up practicing yoga at a time when I needed it most! I’m so grateful to her for all she does, she is truly an amazing teacher and friend."

What do I need to bring? A Yoga mat and a blanket are always so helpful.
Can I join if I'm pregnant? Of course, all are welcome. All I ask is you reach out to me before booking so we can have a chat.
What if I'm not flexible or strong? That's why we do yoga!
Am I too old? Absolutely not, I teach people in their 80's.
Do I need to come every week? No, not at all. However the more you do it the more benefits you'll notice.
No matter what class you choose you can expect a thoroughly planned class with all props and assistance you may require.
Class themes vary each week giving you something to focus on. I'm inspired by nature and the elements, astronomy, the lunar and solar cycles, philosophy, mythology, history and anatomy.
I hope each class plants a seed that grows within.
