Are you in need of a lift, with perhaps a little more room to breathe? Then look no further.
A retreat is a wondrous way to reflect, rejuvenate and revitalise your being - layer on top of that some yoga, fresh Devon air, a nurturing environment, nourishing food and you'll leave feeling light, lifted and luminescent. Join me in the vast heaven that is North Devon, for a coastal escape. Over this time you'll be treated to a plethora of yoga and movement practices, guided meditations, prānāyāma, a beach trip and a sauna experience and so much more! You'll also be treated to stunningly delicious vegetarian meals & afternoon teas, quiet time in the vast gardens and grounds, use of the yoga shala and time to settle with a book in the comfortable lounge. This is a small retreat with a maximum number of 11 people giving you not only more time to unfurl over the 4-day retreat but also a more attentive experience throughout all practices. Please note previous yoga experience is NOT necessary - we'll work our way through numerous practices to help you build confidence, trust and grace within your body, mind and heart. All other practices will compliment this journey. Read more about the retreat below, including pricing & itinerary. |
"Having never met Lauren before attending one of her yoga weekends she literally embraced us from the moment we arrived and took such good care of us all weekend. Lauren has the balance between being warm, wise and completely down to earth - and her yoga is just beautiful - easily accessible with its roots in all that makes yoga the spiritual practice that it is, leaving you feeling magical! I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you so much Lauren, I look forward to the next one!"
