FAQ'sWhat do I need to bring? A Yoga mat and a blanket are always so helpful.
Can I join if I'm pregnant? Of course, all are welcome. All I ask is you reach out to me before booking so we can have a chat. What if I'm not flexible or strong? That's why we do yoga! Am I too old? Absolutely not, I teach people in their 80's. Do I need to come every week? No, not at all. However the more you do it the more benefits you'll notice. |
