Hey there Oceanid..
Do you feel the call of the water, the wild nature of the current bringing a flow to your body and mind? You may already know that I'm a HUGE fan of wild swimming & sauna and of course, yoga. Are you too? Then I invite you to Jala flow yoga. 'Jala' means water in Sanskrit and describes the embrace of ebb and flow we wish to entice to the beginning of our day. We'll weave movement, breathing & mindfulness together to bring you into a flow state, at one with nature's most beautiful element. So what's included? - A 60-minute yoga practice with a lake view. - Up to a 45 minute swim in the freshwater lake. - Time to enjoy the lakeside sauna. - Indoor changing rooms & showers for after your swim. - An on-site cafe to warm your body with a hot drink or even some food. - Free Parking. *Please know the swim is included in the price but it is optional and not guided - You have a community of avid swimmers around you to ask questions. |
"If you’d like to be taught yoga by a truly inspirational lady - Lauren is the one. She has a wealth of yoga knowledge she happily shares and her enthusiasm is tangible. I only wish that I lived closer be able to get to her classes."
