I totally loved my first Aerial yoga class with Lauren and now I am hooked! She made sure I was fully supported in all poses and explained and demonstrated them well. I am really excited to be able to return to the Aerial yoga classes and will definitely be a regular attendee. I know and trust Lauren to do the best for her students at every turn.

FAQ'sWhat do I need to bring? A Yoga mat and a blanket are always so helpful. Hammocks are ALWAYS provided for you
Can I join if I'm pregnant? Sadly, Aerial Yoga is not recommended while pregnant. What if I'm not flexible or strong? That's why we do aerial yoga! Am I too old? Absolutely not, I teach people in their 80's. Do I need to come every week? No, not at all. Personally I find aerial to be a nice complimentary practice to yoga. |
