Aerial Yoga is slowly entering the retreat sphere as more venues become suitable for hanging the hammocks. Currently you can join me for a single day retreat in Hampshire. Or perhaps even train to teach it yourself?

FAQ's

Picture
What do I need to bring? A Yoga mat and a blanket are always so helpful. Hammocks are ALWAYS provided for you
Can I join if I'm pregnant? Sadly, Aerial Yoga is not recommended while pregnant.
What if I'm not flexible or strong? That's why we do aerial yoga!

Am I too old? Absolutely not, I teach people in their 80's.
Do I need to come every week? No, not at all. Personally I find aerial to be a nice complimentary practice to yoga.

Good to Know

∙ If it's your first class please be early so I can hang your hammock to your height.
​∙Please be ready 5-10 Minutes before classes are due to begin.
∙Try to eat over an hour before the start of the class.
∙Wear comfortable layered clothing that covers your elbows and knees.

∙ Remove ALL Jewellery.

Please bring your own Yoga mat for hygiene reasons.
