'Changing your perspective, changes your experience..'

Curious? Daring? Ready to fly? Welcome to Aerial Yoga.
Aerial Yoga Classes are currently paused.

Aerial Yoga

Weekly & Monthly Classes for all ability levels.

Welcome flying yogi's,

Aerial Yoga is an incredible blend of soulful yoga and aerial skills work. It offers you a chance to go further with your practice, whether you go further with a stretch or strengthening sequence or if you just love to relax off the floor it's worth a try!

I offer three different class styles:
• Aerial Foundations- For people wanting to take their first steps and learn how to fly.
• Aerial Flow - For those looking to flip and fly (good for those with a regular yoga practice or experience with dance, gymnastics or aerial work before)
• Aerial Float - For those looking to relax; A class geared more towards relaxation and the slow release of resistance in the body and mind.

Each class varies in its style & poses but will always encompass breathing, simple warm up movements, followed by lifting ourselves off the ground and a few inversions.
In the Aerial Flow class expect to be off the floor a little more.
We then enjoy an elevated savasana, where we let the silky material hold us up while we float and relax.
