Aerial Yoga Classes in Wickham & Botley
How to join me for Aerial Yoga
Aerial Yoga is a truly wonderful way to interweave fun into your week while keeping the soulful elements of yoga very present. Classes are held in Wickham & Botley and vary weekly and cater to all ability levels.
The Art of Aerial
Regular workshops focusing on the wonders of aerial yoga. From building strength and resilience to deepening flexibility in the body. As well as caring for your back and delving into deep relaxation.
Retreats & Trainings
Aerial Yoga is slowly entering the retreat sphere as more venues become suitable for hanging the hammocks. Currently you can join me for a single day retreat in Hampshire. Or perhaps even train to teach it yourself?

What do I need to bring? A Yoga mat and a blanket are always so helpful. Hammocks are ALWAYS provided for you
Can I join if I'm pregnant? Sadly, Aerial Yoga is not recommended while pregnant.
What if I'm not flexible or strong? That's why we do aerial yoga!
Am I too old? Absolutely not, I teach people in their 80's.
Do I need to come every week? No, not at all. Personally I find aerial to be a nice complimentary practice to yoga.
No matter what class you choose you can expect a thoroughly planned class with all props and assistance you may require.
Class themes vary each week giving you something to focus on. I'm often inspired by nature and the elements, astronomy, the lunar and solar cycles, philosophy, mythology, history and anatomy.
I hope each class plants a seed that grows within.
