"Lauren’s retreats are the real deal. I've attended two retreats and enjoyed them equally - Lauren manages to make every session so perfect, always choosing interesting or seasonal themes which really gets you thinking whilst you practice. I tend to describe Lauren’s teaching as a yoga hug, and I recommend to everyone!"

Aisha Gool:
"The entire event was flawless, location, facilities and food, fabulous and yoga couldn't recommend more highly. Absolutely divine experience. A blend of comfort, quiet, undisturbed tranquil spaces with room to have individual space and communal space to share. A truly inspirational, instructive and delicious weekend, in an extremely tranquil location, the setting with fragrant roses in bloom and warm hearfelt gentle guidance and helpful instruction of both yogic practice and practice through asanas, informative background talk and discussion by practitioner Lauren in perfect harmony with the location. I have always adored Lauren's classes and being able to immerse myself in an environment with her as my guise was heavenly. I will most definitely be going back." |
Lauren Fletcher:
"Just absolutely gorgeous! There wasn't a single moment where I didn't feel wanted. The yoga was adapted thoughtfully and gave us a chance to focus on the poses of our choice. I could hardly choose my favourite element, I enjoyed them all so much! Lauren has such a warm manner and nothing was too much trouble, especially when in classes where she managed to softly encourage a deeper pose or correct alignment without drawing attention. Lauren completely avoids any instilling of feelings of not being 'good enough' and instead aided me and allowed me to feel that that was absolutely, perfectly good enough, despite the wide range of ability in the group. Lauren's hands and voice are magic! I especially enjoyed the uplifting and inspiring 'yes!' when the group embraced something or someone achieved something, I felt inspired even when it wasn't being said to me!" |
Hilary Arnot:
"A fantastic weekend with structure, support, fun and personal space. Perfect, thank you so much, every cell in my body has been nourished. A privilage to spend time with you Lauren. The food was delicious and I enjoyed being able to see it be prepared and served, knowing how fresh it was! The room was dark with natural light, however this made it even more enticing to step out into the beautiful surroundings and take a few deep breaths before continuing with Yoga & Meditation. I really enjoyed the partner Yoga as it broke the ice between the group and made us all laugh! I have only ever tried it a few times before and would love to delve deeper in another retreat." |
