Welcome nature lover,
Do you seek answers in nature? Does a walk clear your head and put everything in perspective? Well, the good news is you're not alone. For millennia people have looked to the fundamental laws of nature to understand the world and universe. And the vast subject of philosophy is no different. Throughout this day we'll uncover the simple truths that lay at the heart of spiritual philosophy from two cultures, yoga from the Indian subcontinent and Celtic from Europe. Through this we'll be able to shape a deeper connection to our world in philosophical thought and debate, while honing our own understanding. This day includes two yoga practices, a two course lunch, a woodland walk and folklore foraging with Colin. |
"Yoga with Lauren is an all round experience - physical and mental with learning too. Lauren exudes genuine warmth and joy and makes everyone feel so welcome. A yoga teacher with a difference - for any level of yogi. Thank you Lauren, every class is an experience - I look forward to every retreat"
