Let Me Guide You to Your FREE First Yoga Class
Where yoga begins - bright, clear, and close to home.

Welcome Joy Beam,

I am beyond excited that you're here and looking to take this step on your yoga journey, stepping through the door is often the hardest bit! I've organised this page to guide you through all you'll need to get to your first class safely and with ease.

Please know that I don't teach classes based beginner/intermediate/advanced levels as physical movement is only one aspect of yoga. Where movement may come easy, meditation may not, or vice versa. Instead I offer a vast array of variations in every class to suit your needs and mood on the day - whether you desire to be softer and calmer or energised and dynamic, I hope to enhance the desired feeling within.

There's a short form below to fill in, this simply allows me to get to know you a little and cater the class to your needs.
At the end of the form your FREE class code awaits you!

Of course, I'm always here to answer questions along the way: [email protected]

"Lauren is fantastic. I was very sceptical about yoga before attending my first class, unsure what all the fuss was about. Fast forward several years later and I am definitely a convert. I love it! It is the only time in the day where my brain slows down and I can start to think about relaxing. Lauren is an excellent teacher. She is kind, caring and considerate of everyone’s needs. Lauren is inspirational with her positivity and constantly striving to make every class, event, retreat as captivating as possible. I cannot recommend Lauren highly enough. If everyone in the world was a little more Lauren the world would be a magical place!
