Welcome Joy Beam,
I am beyond excited that you're here and looking to take the first steps on your yoga journey with me. I've organised this page to guide you through all you'll need to get to your first class safely and with ease. Whether you choose yoga, aerial yoga or chair yoga I cannot wait to welcome you to class. There's a form below to fill in at your leisure, this simply allows me to cater the class to your needs. Of course, I'm always here to answer questions along the way: lauren@lg-yoga.com Before you head off to book though, please copy this code: FIRSTLG50 This will get you 50% off your first Yoga class. Sadly this doesn't apply to aerial yoga. |
How to choose your class..
Choosing which class to attend can be overwhelming - hopefully I can simplify it for you.
Yoga classes are open to all ability levels, I don't believe in beginner/advanced yoga classes so ALL my classes give you a number of options to suit how you're feeling in the moment. Classes are then open for you to suit your life schedule giving you a better chance to attend as often as you can.
Aerial Yoga can seem daunting at first but again I don't cater classes to one group of people. This makes my weekly classes varied and welcoming to all - aerial yoga is simply another way to move with a little extra support and a bit more upside down time.
Chair Yoga is a recent venture with only one class I do cater this one to those who need a little more support through the physical elements of yoga.

Ease Your MindYoga classes can feel daunting for the first time. Don't worry, I've got you covered.
What will I need? A Yoga mat and a blanket are your best friends. What should I wear? Comfortable, layered clothing. But I'm not flexible? That's why we do yoga! Am I too old? NEVER. I teach people well into their 80's. Do I need to come every week? No, but the more you do, the better you'll feel. What if I fall asleep? Then I've done my job well. Can I ask questions in the class? ALWAYS |
