Let me guide you to your FREE first yoga class
"When the mind is open, joy follows like a shadow that never leaves.."
Welcome Joy Beam,
I am beyond excited that you're here and looking to take this step on your yoga journey. I've organised this page to guide you through all you'll need to get to your first class safely and with ease. I cannot wait to welcome you to class. Please know that I don't teach classes based beginner/intermediate/advanced levels as physical movement is only one aspect of yoga. Where movement may come easy, meditation may not or vice versa. Instead I offer a vast array of variations in every class to suit your needs and mood on the day - whether you need to be softer and calmer or energised and dynamic, I hope to enhance the desired feeling within. There's a form below to fill in at your leisure, this simply allows me to get to know you a little and cater the class to your needs. Of course, I'm always here to answer questions along the way: [email protected] |
How to choose your class..
Choosing which class to attend can be overwhelming - hopefully I can simplify it for you.
Yoga classes are open to all ability levels, I don't believe in beginner/advanced yoga classes so ALL my classes give you a number of options to suit how you're feeling in the moment. Classes are then open for you to suit your life schedule giving you a better chance to attend as often as you can.
Chair Yoga is a recent venture with only one class I do cater this one to those who need a little more support through the physical elements of yoga.
Midweek Meditation is a class dedicated to the quiet corners of your mind, nurturing them and allowing them to grow. There will always be a little movement in these classes, but it will not be the focus.

Ease Your MindYoga classes can feel daunting for the first time. Don't worry, I've got you covered.
What will I need? A Yoga mat and a blanket are your best friends. What should I wear? Comfortable, layered clothing. But I'm not flexible? That's why we do yoga! Am I too old? NEVER. I teach people well into their 80's. Do I need to come every week? No, but the more you do, the better you'll feel. What if I fall asleep? Then I've done my job well. Can I ask questions in the class? ALWAYS |
